The Atlantic Yards eminent domain case may be heard as soon as January. The state appellate court changed its schedule, requiring the nine petitioners to file their brief by November 28th, earlier than previously expected. Under the new schedule,the Empire State Development Corporation (ESDC)will have till December 19 to reply, and the petitioners’ reply brief must be filed by December 29.
